 Reaction: Both the residents and the Staff consider the visits a great success 

Experiences: One day Ella was sitting on the lap of one of the residents when her daughter called in unexpectedly. When she saw Ella sitting on her mother’s knee and the smile on her mother’s face, she exclaimed, “I don’t believe this – my mother has always hated dogs!”
